We’re looking for a full stack engineer to join our small, fast-moving team and help shape the next generation of energy intelligence. We’ve recently launched a new AI agent offering, built on LangGraph and powered by cutting-edge language models. This role is perfect for someone excited by the pace of LLMs, curious about agents, and eager to turn prototypes into real-world tools that matter.You’ll work directly with the founding team (ex-Palantir and ex-Tesla) on the product and research loop, building new capabilities, experimenting with emerging agentic patterns, and bringing smart automation into the hands of our customers. While this is primarily an AI-focused role, comfort with full-stack or front-end development is needed—we value people who can move across layers.You will:Prototype, test, and refine new AI agent behaviors using LangGraph and a variety of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc).Build interfaces between agents and internal or external data/services (e.g. RAG, action endpoints, structured APIs).Work closely with product and design to explore how AI agents can enhance or replace traditional workflows.Help build lightweight UIs for internal tools and customer-facing features using React and TypeScript.ExperienceWe’re looking for someone with around 2 years of engineering experience—what matters most is curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn in public.Nice to have:Experience building with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, or working with LLM APIs.Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React and TypeScript.Experience building prototypes or hacking together tools with AI.A good sense of product intuition and user empathy.Bonus: You’ve worked in energy, climate, logistics, or similar real-world domains.Bonus: You’ve worked at an early-stage startup or in a small team environment.About youYou’re excited by how far agents can go—and clear-eyed about where they break.You don’t wait for the perfect spec—you build, test, and learn quickly.You’re comfortable being uncomfortable.
