You will also collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones, helping ensure smooth operations and strong communication throughout the hiring process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews, including complex diary managementCommunicate professionally with candidates, hiring contacts, and internal teamsSupport London-based, US-based, on-campus, and virtual recruitment events and campaignsMaintain and administer applicant tracking systems and candidate flow processesPrepare all candidate correspondence, including interview confirmations, reimbursements, and offer lettersCoordinate travel arrangements and pre-interview logisticsBuild relationships with university career centresPrepare materials for career fairs, interviews, and conferencesSupport onboarding activities such as start dates, orientation schedules, and new hire communicationAs
