Senior HR Advisor
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in complex Employee Relations casework? We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join a complex unionised organisation on an interim basis via Hays in Dorset.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a range of complex Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, sickness, absence management and investigations.Provide expert advice to managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practice.Work closely with trade unions and employee representatives to maintain positive industrial relations.Potentially support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and consultations.Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.Prepare detailed reports and documentation for hearings and tribunals where required. Skills and Experience Proven track record in handling complex ER casework within a unionised environment.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and complex large organisation HR practices.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
