Head Chef - 2AA Rosette Pub and Restaurant - up to £65,000

A critically acclaimed, Michelin-listed, 2 AA rosette pub and restaurant. Has an extensive wine list sourced from family run vineyards. The menu specialises in rustic, country style cooking, working closely with the best farms in the UK. We receive whole carcasses of rare and native breeds and we butcher our meat on site.We are looking for an experienced and confident Head Chef to take things to the next level. We work closely with some of the UK s greatest farmers so you need to have a passion for working with fresh seasonal ingredients.So, if you ve been looking for a career-defining moment, this could be the job you ve been looking for!About you: An ambitions Head Chef with at least 2 years experience cooking to 3 AA Rosette level.An enthusiastic, dynamic and determined Head Chef who takes pride in what they do.You will be working closely with our Executive Group Chef Bobby Brown.Take a proactive hands-on approach to running a professional kitchen.A proven track record of running a professional kitchen including managing budgeted GPs and 5 Food Hygiene.Good communication skills.Experience of building, motivating and developing teams to get the best results at all times.A passion for imparting knowledge and training up both FOH and BOH teams.A passion for working with the best produce.
