Asset Management Analyst - Alternatives Execution and Closing - Investment BankingMarshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client within investment banking, for an Analyst to join a high-performing Alternatives Execution and Closing team within Asset Management. This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting complex, multi-asset transactions across global markets.Key Responsibilities:Support the booking, closing and settlement of time-sensitive and bespoke transactions across asset classes including loans, public and private securities and structured dealsPartner with global Deal Teams, Legal, Risk, Controllers, Compliance and Technology to facilitate seamless transaction executionMonitor and manage operational risk across supported business functionsContribute to new business initiatives, including fund launches and infrastructure enhancement projectsBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders and help drive team prioritiesSkills and Experience:1-3 years experience with Loans/Loan Closing - primary and secondaryInvestment banking experienceKnowledge of Equities, Bonds or Derivatives is advantageousStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environmentConfident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholdersExcellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability and commercial mindsetLondon (onsite) - Contract Inside IR35
