On behalf of FCDO, we are looking for a Regional Asset Management Surveyor (Inside IR35) for a 12 month hybrid contract based in London. As a Regional Asset Management Surveyor, your main responsibilities will be: Reporting to the Head of Asset Management (an RICS Chartered Surveyor) you will be accountable for driving global real estate optimisation and realising the strategic aims of stakeholders and platform users. We require cost effective, commercial and sustainable real estate solutions for the global network. To travel, often at short notice, and sometimes to challenging locations. You will travel regularly and extensively overseas as you develop your understanding of the estate, identify where interventions are needed and build your stakeholder network, which will include Ambassadors, Deputy Heads of Missions, Heads of Corporate Services and Estates Managers. Using both transactional and asset management experience, you will undertake some transactional activities whilst leading the asset management objectives for a geographical region.
