Your duties and responsibilities will include the following: Answering, recording and responding to all incoming calls and emails to the IT Helpdesk. Analyse and resolve 1st/2nd line incidents from all areas of the business within agreed service levels whilst ensuring immediate resolution is achieved wherever possible. Provide support for a range of hardware (PC''s, laptops, printers, mobile phones, switches and routers) and user administration within Office 365. Partake in upgrade and refresh projects - option to visit sites with colleagues (in pairs) when installing/swapping out hardware Knowledge and Experience: Experience with Microsoft products and good customer service attitude. Experience working with the administration of Office365. Proficient in hardware and able to support bespoke software following training.
