Job description for Nursery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Lead and support the nursery team to deliver outstanding practice
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
• Manage staff performance, recruitment, and development
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in early years education and childcare and who has-previous leadership or management experience within a nursery setting

You must be able to demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices as well as be confident in leading, motivating, and developing a team and-passionate about delivering high-quality care and education.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
