We are looking for an experienced and-dedicated-Deputy Nursery Manager-to join a well-established nursery setting in-Ealing.-

This is a-full-time, permanent role-within a supportive early-years-environment, working closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the setting and the delivery of high-quality care and education.-

You will be:-

• Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery-

• Leading and supporting staff within the room to-maintain-high standards-of care and education-

• Deputising-for the Nursery Manager when-required-

• Supporting planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework-

• Assisting-with administrative and office-based duties, including compliance and record keeping-

• Building positive relationships with parents and carers-

• Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery procedures are-followed at all times-

The successful candidate will hold a-minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years-and have proven experience as a-Room Leader or in a similar supervisory role-within a-nursery setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, Ofsted requirements, and the ability to balance room-based and office responsibilities is essential.-
