The session days and times are flexible.We are looking for a nurse experienced in Chronic Disease Management including Diabetes, Asthma, CHD, Hypertension, COPD, and Stroke Reviews. Treatment nurse skill sets are desirable for this role.You will be NMC registered with current clinical updates and certifications for all mentioned skill sets. Excellent communication skills, Medical Indemnity, and a DBS issued within 1 year are required.This role offers a lucrative weekly pay and one-to-one consultancy support.Requirements:
