Practice Nurse - Part Time (16 hours)
Location: Chalfont St. Peter, Buckinghamshire

We are recruiting an experienced Practice Nurse to join a supportive, multi-disciplinary primary care team. The successful candidate will be NMC-registered, compassionate, organised, approachable, and confident working independently.

Key Duties:

• Phlebotomy, wound care, ECGs, BP checks, suture removal, cervical screening
• Immunisations: childhood, adult, travel, flu, COVID
• Chronic disease support: asthma, spirometry, hypertension (interest in diabetes/COPD welcome)
• Assist GPs in minor surgery and chaperoning
• Maintain equipment and stock; manage vaccine ordering and clinics
• Accurate record keeping (EMIS Web - training provided)

Requirements:

• Current NMC registration
• Experience in general practice or primary care setting desirable
• Flexible, team player, committed to high-quality patient care
