Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs). Support students in both classroom and 1:1 settings, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Assist with sensory regulation, emotional support, and communication strategies. Promote independence, confidence, and social interaction skills among students. Carry out any additional duties as required by the school to support student development.
