With continued growth and a strong reputation for designing, manufacturing, and sourcing high-quality products globally, they are now seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR function.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking for autonomy and the chance to shape and embed HR structure, policy, and best practice across the site.The RoleReporting to their Managing Director, you will take full ownership of the HR function, ensuring effective policies, compliance, and people processes are in place to support operational success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and update HR policies in line with employment legislation and company requirementsAct as the central point of control for HR standards and complianceSupport recruitment, onboarding, and retention of hourly and salaried employeesManage employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes within a unionised environmentIdentify and coordinate training and workforce development needs across production and support teamsMaintain accurate HR records, reporting, and job descriptionsOversee benefits administration, including medical insurance and life assurance schemesAbout You5-8 years'' generalist HR experienceStrong manufacturing backgroundExperience within a unionised environmentSolid knowledge
