Landlord Liaison Officer

Location: Chancery Lane, London (Hybrid – 2/3 days office-based)
Pay: £20.79 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
Start: Immediate | Minimum 3-month contract with potential to extend

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Landlord Liaison Officer to join an innovative organisation at the forefront of the UK smart energy sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a nationally significant project supporting the rollout of smart metering solutions in complex residential buildings.
In this role, you will engage with landlords, property managers, and building stakeholders to secure access and consent for meter room upgrades. You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team where your ability to build strong relationships, overcome objections, and deliver results will make a real impact.
The Role

• Proactively contact landlords, property managers, and decision-makers across the UK.
• Build rapport and establish strong working relationships with key property stakeholders.
• Secure consents for building upgrades and support a smooth approval process.
• Maintain accurate records of contact activity, progress, and outcomes using CRM systems.
• Work towards monthly and project targets for consent acquisition.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with project and customer engagement colleagues to ensure seamless delivery.

About You

• Confident, persuasive, and professional communicator.
• Strong telephone manner with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in sales, customer engagement, property, housing, or energy is highly desirable.
