The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring residents are fully supported throughout the refurbishment process while maintaining strong communication between tenants, site teams, and local authority representatives.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the main point of contact for residents throughout bathroom installation worksCarrying out resident visits and pre-start meetings before works commenceManaging resident expectations and providing regular updates throughout the projectHandling complaints, queries, and access arrangements in a professional and timely mannerSupporting vulnerable tenants and escalating safeguarding concerns where requiredCoordinating appointments to minimise delays and maximise programme efficiencyLiaising closely with site managers, operatives, subcontractors, and council representativesMaintaining accurate records, resident feedback, and property informationSupporting the delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction targets and KPIs are achievedRequirementsPrevious experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing or planned worksStrong communication and customer s
