We re looking for someone CIPD qualified (or working towards it) with strong HR generalist experience and a proactive, people-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues. Support recruitment activity, onboarding and induction processes. Advise on policies, procedures and employment law, ensuring compliance at all times. Assist with performance management, learning and development initiatives, and engagement activities.
