The

Finance Controller

will lead financial management, ensure compliance with European tax regulations, coordinate reporting across entities, and partner with senior stakeholders to enable strategic decision-making. The role requires strong leadership of a finance team and a focus on process improvement and robust internal controls.Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day financial management and control activities across the business.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles in line with international and European standards.Ensure compliance with European tax regulations and accounting requirements, coordinating with external advisors as needed.Manage and optimise statutory accounts, audit processes, and consolidated reporting across multiple entities.Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Partner with regional and global stakeholders, including European clients and subsidiaries, to ensure alignment and transparency.Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and treasury activities.Lead, coach, and develop a finance team to deliver a high-performing and collaborative function.Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, and best practice financial controls.Key Requirements
