People Partner - 1 year FTCBexleyheath£46,000 - £47,000Our client is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join their established team. Holding a CIPD level 5 certification is essential.Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and training programs.Qualifications
