Based on ''Right first time'' Lean principles such as, Problem Solving, Kaizen (continuous improvement) and Quality Standards the Lean Operating System department of the Broughton site, is an exciting opportunity to influence and drive change in an established wing manufacturing facility.Main activities:Implement and improve boards and routines with operational teams.Train/ coach by running awareness sessions with teams.Launch and participate in management go-look-see providing structured feedback.Measure and report maturity (KPIs, activities, self-assessment).Co-facilitate workshops.Participate in industrial assessments.Co-facilitate building / MES roadmap / Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) withoperational teams.Exchange good practices with other Operating System Agents.Skills:Good knowledge of AOS standards, global system view and Operational ExcellenceGood awareness of Lean / six sigma principles, methods and tools.Ability to tutor Operating System bricks and MES usage to FLM, technicians and operators with associated routines Airbus Operating System.Understanding of change management basics and ability to adapt ways of tutoringAbility to provide structure feedback
