CNC Mill Turn Operator - Brighouse - -17.50p/h

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating turn/mill machines to produce high-quality components in a high-precision environment. If you have experience working with large components, small batches, and single items, and are familiar with Fanuc, Mazak, or Siemens controls, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set, and operate turn/mill machines in accordance with customer drawings.
• Produce finished components that meet strict quality standards.
• Work with large components and small batch/single production runs.
• Attend and complete any required training courses.
• Maintain workshop housekeeping standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong background in CNC turning with live tooling.
• Experience with Fanuc, Mazak, or Siemens controls, especially with live tooling.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work independently.
• Familiarity with various machine controls.
• Capable of working to tight tolerances in a high-precision environment.
• Knowledge of manual handling and safety procedures.
• Reliable, honest, and a strong team player.
• Committed to HSQE standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in CNC turning and machining large components.
• Experience working with small batches and single components.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
• Willingness to undertake training as required.
