This role is to join a thriving secondary school, and to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team.This position is fully based onsite within term time, and you will be required to work closely once a week with the Central HR Team, participating in team meetings, events and learning development sessions.Your focus will be on developing the HR Team at the academy and aligning all HR processes with Trust policy and statutory guidelines whilst reporting to the headteacher for operational requirements and directly reporting into the head of HR.
