Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Family Safeguarding Team with Cambridgeshire County Council, based in Trumpington. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage complex caseloads involving child protection, children in need, and care proceedings. Undertake assessments, formulate and implement care plans, and monitor outcomes. Work in partnership with families and other professionals to promote the welfare and safety of children. Participate in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings where required. Ensure high standards of recording and compliance with statutory duties and local authority policies.
