Eden Brown Synergy is currently working with Cambridgeshire County Council, who are seeking to recruit four experienced Social Workers to join their Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team on a permanent basis, based in Huntingdon (PE29 6NP). Duties and Responsibilities: Undertaking information gathering, analysis, and risk assessments within a multi-agency safeguarding environment. Making timely, evidence-based decisions to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and families. Collaborating closely with Police, Health, Education, and other partner agencies to ensure effective information sharing and joint decision-making. Screening referrals and applying appropriate thresholds for intervention in line with statutory guidance. Maintaining accurate and timely case records in accordance with professional and organisational standards. Contributing to service quality, performance targets, and continuous improvement within the MASH Team.
