OverviewJob Opportunity: ARRS Salaried GP (Newly Qualified) Location: Stratford-upon-Avon area

Contract: Fixed-term under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS), eligible for GPs who completed CCT within the last two years and have not held a substantive salaried post.

Position Highlights

Hours: 8 sessions per week

Working Times: 09:00-17:00

Structure: 2 clinical sessions per day (15 patient appointments each), plus administrative time and home visits as needed

System: EMIS Web

Salary: £6,500 per calendar month (£15,600 per annum per session, based on 8 sessions/month)

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality primary care across a mix of appointment types (face-to-face, phone, home visits)

Manage patient list, referrals, repeat prescriptions, and related administrative tasks

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary PCN team, participate in QI initiatives, and engage with clinical governance processes
