We''re looking for experienced electronics assembly operatives who can solder, wire, read technical drawings and work hands-on with high-spec products.

The Opportunity

We''re hiring four skilled Electronics Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing engineering firm in Rugby that builds advanced laser systems.

You''ll be part of a fast-paced production team, working on high-end equipment from day one:

• Soldering and wiring complex assemblies
• Handling PCBs and electronic components
• Building chillers and cooling systems
• Interpreting and following technical schematics

This isn''t for beginners. It''s a role for someone who''s done it before, knows their way around a soldering iron, and is confident with crimping and wiring.
