Light Production Operatives

Location: Rugby (Central Park)

Shift: Rotating Morning / Afternoon Shift (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:30, Monday to Friday)

Pay: -14.22 per hour (-12.50 per hour plus -1.72 shift allowance)

Contract: Full Time - Temp to Perm

We are looking for a confident assembly operative to join a clean and modern site in Rugby that works with small ceramic products.

You''ll be working within a clean room environment, assembling components by hand, following technical drawings, using tweezers, applying chemicals with a brush, and carrying out quality inspections.

This role involves a mix of standing and sitting and requires strong attention to detail.

You will begin on a fixed day shift (07:30-16:00), then after a few weeks move onto a rotating weekly shift pattern of:

• 06:00-14:00 one week
• 14:00-22:30 the next week

(Always Monday to Friday)

To be considered, you must:

• Be local to Rugby
• Have experience with light, delicate assembly work
• Possess excellent attention to detail
• Be comfortable with the shift pattern
