Nomos was created by Logos to be the infrastructure facilitating the creation of network states and enabling people to easily interact with them. Solid experience in Rust(non-negotiable!)Proven P2P engineering experience: Implementation of peer discovery, data propagation, or network topologies; and building decentralised systems in Byzantine environmentsAbility to operationalise P2P researchinto production codeProven Distributed Systems experience: Strongknowledge of consensus mechanisms, distributed storage, or gossip protocols; and performance tuning of large-scale node networksComputer Science/Math fundamentals (cryptography, algorithms, networking)Strong technical communication (code documentation, system diagrams)Strong interest inprivacy-preserving, censorship-resistant and open protocolsBonus Points:
