Service Coordinator

This fire alarm and life safety systems installer and service provider based in South Lonon are seeking a proactive and highly organized Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This office-based position is a key role for the business in ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of our service operations. The successful applicant will work closely with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure all planned and reactive works are completed effectively and on time by (but not limited to) planning and scheduling monthly PPM’s, allocating call outs, liaising with clients to arrange engineers’ visits, and working with other members of the team to ensure a quality experience for clients.
Candidates will ideally be from the fire alarm industry, or an industry with synergy (MandE, electrical etc.), will be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise workload to engineers efficiently under pressurised circumstances, as well as having good experience in a administrative role within the service industry.
With a salary of up to £38,000 plus package this is an excellent opportunity for someone with good experience working in a service engineering environment.
