Temporary Customer Care and Engagement Coordinator

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting others, this role offers you a chance to develop your skills.Starting immediately this role will last until a permanent team member is appointed.Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.Customer Care and Engagement Coordinator Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Responding to enquiries via email, phone, post, and in person, ensuring a professional and friendly service Resolving complex issues efficiently and accurately, supporting the department s goal to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Recording and updating supporter data meticulously within CRM systems to support accurate reporting and relationship management.Assisting in troubleshooting and maintaining database systems, ensuring smooth operational workflows.Creating training and guidance materials to support system users and ensure data integrity.Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to provide an efficient, proactive support service that aligns with company objectives.Ensuring all activities comply with data protection laws and legal requirements.
