Are you a highly motivated individual with previous Contracts and Account Management experience?We are supporting a company based in Slough who are recruiting for a full time Senior Commercial Manager. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and paying a salary of 60k per annum. This role offers hybrid working; however, you must be able to drive/have your own car and be able to commute/travel to different locations for meetings.Duties will include:Responding promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound enquiriesManaging and supporting the Sales and Account Management teams to help maintain high levels of client satisfaction, sales, and growthMonitoring and reviewing KPIs and contributing to budgets and reports to ensure sale targets are achieved for the business to improve performance and maximize growthIdentifying new business opportunities, contributing to business strategies and developing commercial products to support business objectivesResponsible for the financial management of commercial projectsEnsuring business activities comply with regulations, compliance, and policies, as well as identifying risks liability and commitments of contractual arrangementsDrafting, approving, and managing contract documentationResponsible for building relationships with clients and colleaguesImplementing opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies across the businessOrganising procurement activities and undertaking commercial due diligence
