Role: Business Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Corporate Banking, particularly in Core Banking Products, Lending, and Surround Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking business processes, data models, and architecture frameworks such as BIAN. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Lead and facilitate business workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement walkthroughs.Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).Map and optimize end-to-end business processes, particularly in Corporate Lending Origination and Servicing.Work closely with technology teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and architectural standards.Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business expectations.Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Banking Business Architecture and Common Data Model.
