This role is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, bridging business and technology, and ensuring successful delivery of complex financial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Elicitation and AnalysisLead workshops and interviews with stakeholders across front, middle, and back office to gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.Domain Expertise ApplicationApply deep knowledge of DCM (e.g., bond origination, syndication, issuance, trading workflows) and Corporate and Investment Banking (e.g., lending, trade finance, MandA advisory) to understand and improve business processes.Solution Design and DocumentationTranslate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.Data Analysis and MappingConduct source-to-target data mapping and analysis to support system integration and migration.Testing SupportCollaborate with QA teams to define test strategies, review test cases, and support UAT.Change ManagementDevelop training materials and lead user training sessions to support system adoption.Problem SolvingIdentify business challenges, propose solutions, and assess their impact on systems and processes.Project Lifecycle ParticipationEngage in all phases of the SDLC, especially within Agile environments.Market and Regulatory AwarenessStay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting DCM and investment banking.Required Skills and ExperienceExperience: 8+ years as a Business Analyst in Capital MarketsDCM Expertise: Strong understanding of bond lifecycle, syndication, issuance, and tradingCorporate and Investment Banking: Knowledge of lending, trade finance, treasury, and advisory servicesRequirements Management: Proven ability to manage complex financial system requirementsAnalytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStakeholder Engagement: Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectationsMethodologies: Experience in Agile/Scrum environmentsTools: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling toolsPreferred Skills and ExperienceTechnical Acumen: Basic SQL and system integration knowledgeCertifications: CFA, FRM, or similar financial qualificationsProject Management: Familiarity with PM principles or certificationsData Visualization: Experience with Tableau or Power BIWhat You’ll Love About Working HereA supportive, inclusive culture that values your growth and well-beingOpportunities to work on cutting-edge digital transformation projectsA global network of experts and a collaborative, forward-thinking teamAbout CapgeminiCapgemini is a global leader in business and technology transformation.
