Timeplan Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic partner primary schools in Daventry. This is a full-time position to start as soon as possible.

About the Role:

• Full-time position - Monday to Friday

• Immediate start available

• Supporting primary-aged pupils with Autism (ASD) and/or challenging behaviour

• Working on a 1:1 basis with specific students, as well as providing general classroom support across the school

• Collaborating with teachers and the SEN team to deliver tailored support and interventions

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN (particularly ASD and behaviour needs) is highly desirable

• A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach to supporting young learners

• Passion for education and helping every child reach their full potential

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
