Collaborate on the product strategy for the Money Flows Platform, focusing on subdomains such as Payment journeys, exotics and ops process improvementsAssess complex problems and needs using critical thinking and data analysis, identifying frictions, bottlenecks and repetitive tasks that can be addressed with predictive modelsDesign new solutions or processes from scratch to solve those complex issues; the sky is the limit. LLM and AI models are welcomeManage end-to-end delivery of initiatives, while identifying and executing improvements in current features and processesSupport Technology as a key stakeholder during development and identify issues before releasesDefine, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives and make data-driven decisionsCommunicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholdersDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and behaviours to design and deliver successful outcomesCollaborate with Technology and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics, and user storiesSupport product commercialisation efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and creation of marketing collateralStay informed of market, industry, and regulatory trends in the payment space and Fintech to guide product decisionsAbout You (Qualifications)

A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and execution within top-tier environments, either in corporate or startupsAt least 3 years in a consulting firm, or experience in a high-growth fintech or neobankSuccessful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisationProactive with exceptional organisational and project management skillsStrong analytical abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable partsGrit, determination, resourcefulness, and a strong desire for professional developmentExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without authorityDomain knowledge or keen interest in Payments or FXNice To Have
