Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and other team membersDrive partnerships with various business areas across Citi to understand roadmap, functionality and data flow, and document business requirements, develop and manage project plans to deliver solutionsProduce Business Requirement Documents and obtain stakeholder sign off; be disciplined in managing changing requirementsLiaise with Program management, Development team and testing team to ensure that requirements are understood, and deliverables meet the business requirementsEnsure comprehensive coverage of use cases and testing methodologyTesting of deliverable functionalitiesProactively monitor potential speed bumps and notify stakeholders of any risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concernsQualifications

Bachelor or Master DegreeKnowledge on Transfer Pricing Concepts and Methodologies is a plusBanking / Financial services experience with about 5 years as a BA / Implementation lead in a financial domainUnderstanding of project SDLCHands on Experience with SQL queriesGood Analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood presentation skillsData analysis skillsAbout Citi
