Sales Manager – Rotherham / Doncaster – up to £42k basic plus OTE £15k+ (variable)

Overview:

Our client is an industry world leader and award winner, ensuring their international customers receive first class service, reliable equipment, technical expertise and dependable global delivery. Due to internal progression, they are looking for a sales manager to work alongside a supportive leadership team in a strong development environment with occasional UK and international travel.

The role:

Working closely with the Head of Global Sales and wider leadership team on forecasting, strategy, and continuous improvement across sales processes. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team (both on-site and remote), driving commercial growth, overseeing key opportunities and campaigns and building strong relationships with customers, partners and industry stakeholders globally.

Requirements:

If you have proven experience leading and developing sales teams in international or multi-region markets, strong account management and relationship-building skills with a track record of delivering results, you may be interested in this opportunity.

Ideally you will have exposure to oil & gas, gas detection/calibration products or have a technical/scientific background, but essentially, you will need to have high commercial awareness and negotiation skills at a senior level with experience in technical or industrial sales environments.

Benefits:

As well as a basic salary of up to £42k you will receive bonuses and commissions which should add at least £15k on to your take home pay, this dependant on personal and business performance.
