As we scale, were looking for a Head of Network to take the lead.Youll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and retaining top-tier heat pump installer teams across the UK, building a high-performing, mission-aligned network.This is a pivotal leadership role focused on growth, quality and community. Youll define and lead the strategy to scale our installer network while upholding the standards and values that define Installio.Youll collaborate closely with operations, product, and marketing to shape the full installer journey from first contact to long-term partnership.
