Registered Manager – 3-Bed Children’s Home, Coalville

About the Role:
• Lead a stable 3-bed EBD home to deliver “Good” or better outcomes
• Develop and implement tailored care plans for each young person
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, child-focused team
• Promote participation and consultation with children and young people
• Allocate and oversee key working relationships
• Work in partnership with professionals and families to support each child’s progress
• Manage complaints, concerns and safeguarding matters with care and rigour
• Ensure safe, effective commercial and regulatory management of the home
• Attend and contribute to care planning and review meetings
• Maintain full compliance with all standards and the Home’s Statement of Purpose

About You:
• At least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, with 1 year in a supervisory role
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to start within 6 months)
• Strong understanding of SCCIF, Quality Standards, safeguarding, and legislation
• Skilled in planning, budgeting, leading teams, and managing risk
• Excellent communication skills—written and spoken
• Understanding of trauma-informed care and complex needs
• Full UK driving licence
