while still working with premium ingredients and delivering elevated brasserie-style cuisine.The Role:Support the senior team across breakfast, staff meals, and classic brasserie-style serviceMaintain a calm and organised kitchen environmentHelp lead a small, dedicated team during busy service periodsUphold the highest standards of cleanliness, prep, and presentationAbout You:Proven experience in a high-quality kitchen, ideally private member''s club, with brasserie or hotel backgroundA passion for cooking and a professional, can-do attitudeStrong communication skills and a hands-on approach to leadershipLooking for a stable, long-term role with a genuine team spirit
