The Company:

Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c-90m

The Role:

Working across the North West,-you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant and associated mechanical services including AHU,s, FCU,s, expansion vessels and pipework-in commercial offices and gyms.-

You will also maintain domestic boilers in a domestic environment.-

The Person:

It is essential that you are an experienced heating engineer, having working in a commercial maintenance capacity and have current commercial gas tickets and ideally also domestic.

The Salary:
Either:
A) Rate - -20.08 / hour (-41,766) -travel time is paid door to door at x1.5
B) Rate - -21.63-/ hour (-44,990) -travel time is paid door to door at single time
ALL TRAVEL PAID DOOR TO DOOR

Company van and fuel card - no private use.
50 hours per week including travel equates to-c-56k/-57k as all travel is paid.
23 +-stats days holiday - holiday pay is averaged over your last 10 weeks including all overtime worked including travel time.-
O/T rates of x 1.5 after 8 hours daily and x 2 Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.
