This is a fixed-price lump sum contract involving fit out, MandE, groundworks, and demolition within a complex existing structure. You will join a high-performing team delivering premium fit outs typically ranging from £5m £25m. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to one of London s most prestigious commercial office schemes.
