Your responsibilities will include:Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.Cost control, valuations, and CVR reporting.Identifying, pricing, and agreeing on variations.Managing monthly applications for payment and cash flow.Negotiating and agreeing on final accounts.About You:We are looking for a commercially astute individual with a strong background in quantity surveying.You will ideally have experience working for a general contractor on build or fit-out projects.You must be a strong negotiator, an excellent communicator, and able to work effectively within a busy team.A degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) is preferred.Opportunity for an Assistant QS:This role also presents a significant "step-up" opportunity.
