We''re working with a leading Fit Out & Refurbishment contractor who are looking to bring an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team.

You''ll be joining a business known for delivering high-end CAT A, CAT B and office fit out projects across London, with values typically ranging from -500k to -10m. This is an excellent opportunity if you''re looking to step up, gain more responsibility, and work alongside an experienced Senior QS and Commercial Manager.

Role Overview:

• Managing the commercial aspects of multiple fit out projects

• Preparing and reviewing cost plans, valuations, and variations

• Subcontractor procurement and account management

• Supporting pre-construction and tender processes

• Ensuring projects are delivered on budget while maintaining strong client relationships

What we''re looking for:

• Experience as an Assistant or Intermediate QS within fit out / refurbishment

• Strong understanding of JCT contracts

• Confident working independently on packages up to -2m

• Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience)
