Job Description:
vandnbsp; Delivering engaging and imaginative lessonsandnbsp;that inspire a love of learning and meet the needs of all pupils
vandnbsp; Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environmentandnbsp;where every child feels valued and confident
vandnbsp; Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, offering constructive feedback and tailored support
vandnbsp; Encouraging independence and resilienceandnbsp;in learners, helping them to grow academically and personally
vandnbsp; Contributing to the wider school community, including staff meetings, school events, and professional development
The Ideal Candidate Will:
vandnbsp; Hasandnbsp;proven experience teaching KS1andnbsp;within the UK education system (desirable but not essential)
vandnbsp; Isandnbsp;adaptable, proactive, and committedandnbsp;to meeting the diverse needs of young learners
vandnbsp; Possessesandnbsp;excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with pupils, parents, and colleague
vandnbsp; Holds aandnbsp;current DBS certificateandnbsp;or is willing to obtain one
vandnbsp; Is passionate aboutandnbsp;supporting childrenandrsquo;s growth and development, and eager to be part of a collaborative and caring team
