I have an urgent need for a test manager on a 6 month basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following - 1. Test Strategy andamp; Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Refine and fine tune our current Test Strategies and Programme Test Plans for industrial automation software (functional, performance, security, and safety testing). Lead a team of QA engineers, automation testers, and QA Analysts across multiple projects. 2. Test Planning, Process andamp; Execution Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Take ownership of Integration testing(Offsite, Onsite, E2E, Interface), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing. Manage hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing for Automation PLC/Scada systems. 3. Automation andamp; Tooling Oversee test automation (UI, API, and protocol-level testing) using Automation tools. Work with Automation Leads and agree with frameworks. Look at Performance Testing, NFT, Security Testing aspects of the system and prepare the Test Plans. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Monitor and analyze test results, track defects, and provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders. Please for
