Rate of Pay:

£35,000 per annum

Working Pattern:

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:Preparing delicious food to the highest standardsComfortable working alone in a small workplace siteManaging our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer serviceOverseeing the catering operations, including completing weekly business returns, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plansCommunicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targetsSupporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their roleImplementing and reviewing Health and Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
