Cafe Manager - Downsend Sixth
Salary £15.50 per hour, 25
hours per week Monday to Friday - all weekends off!
Working term-time only (only 34 weeks of the year)

People are the most important ingredient in our business recipe and we are now seeking an experienced manager with a proactive mindset to enhance and grow our Sixth Form café, creating a high-quality, appealing, and vibrant offering within our brand new purpose-designed Sixth Form building in Leatherhead KT22.
We play an important part in students learning and development, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion about ensuring that our future generations are provided with nutritious and delicious food, while also inspiring them to lead a healthier lifestyle.
The Cafe Manager will be responsible for the successful running of the sixth form cafe including production, ordering, health and safety, food safety and managing allergens, while also providing an excellent service to the company''s clients and customers.

As our ideal Cafe Manager you will
:-
Ideally have experience in a previous role or have a background in cateringHave excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levelsBe ambitious and have a track record of continually improving standardsBe passionate about food with a great eye for detailBe able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentBe proficient in using computers, including Word and ExcelHave the ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
Experience within the education sector is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
