Shape and Deliver the FM Strategy

: Develop and refine a comprehensive Facilities Management strategy that harmonises Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, Lifecycle Management, and Capital Expenditure.Champion Safety and Service Excellence

: Ensure the estate remains a secure and vibrant environment, overseeing our Plant and Machinery and essential engineering services.Lead a Strong Team

: Manage and mentor senior managers, including the Head of Building Services, Head of Resident Maintenance and Procurement, Commissioning and Building Services Manager, and Health and Safety Manager.Drive Operational Excellence

: Present annual FM business plans, track key metrics, and deliver regular performance reports to ensure all services meet and exceed market-leading standards.Proven excellence in Health and Safety management and stakeholder engagement.Commercial and Financial Acumen:- A track record of driving financial performance and optimising procurement strategies while maintaining superior service delivery.

Leadership and Team Management:- Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and manage senior teams overseeing reactive and preventative maintenance functions.

Willingness to work periodic weekends and anti-social hours as required.

Chartered Property or Facilities qualification and Project Management certifications.
