Role: Mechanical Multi Skilled Engineer

Shift Pattern: Shifts 8 hour basis. 

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum 

Type: Permanent 

Trevett Services are currently searching for a Mechanical Engineer on a permanent basis, to work in a Automotive Head Quarters, starting as soon as possible based in Epsom with one of the UK's leading Building Services company. 

Duties:

• Complete PPM, reactive maintenance and keep all built electrical systems running. 
• Installation and modification of mechanical equipment.
• Fault finding and rectification of heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues.
• Operation and trouble shooting of mechanical systems including, AHU’s, FCU’s, HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves and more.  
• Monitor Fire systems and alert supervisor on changes to status.

Requirements:

• Former experience in a Building Services Critical environment.
• City & Guilds qualification Level 3 Mechanical/ Electrical.
• Strong HVAC Knowlegde 
• Be able to present information clearly back to peers and management.
• Experienced with working in a critical environment / data center is ideal.
