Key Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining and establishing relationships with existing and new clients Support and manage Customer service team Ensure smooth communication between various teams within the company Completing internal audits to ensure company compliance is maintained Making sure company documents are maintained and up to date Skills and Experience required: Experience in a supervisor and customer service role Understanding of logistics or willingness to learn Experience in record keeping Great written and verbal communication skills
